The Needham Education Association is the local affiliate of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the National Education Association.
The Needham Education Association is comprised of 5 Units:
Unit A:
Teachers, Nurses, Counselors, School Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists
Unit B:
Assistant Principals, Department Directors, Coordinators, and Chairs
Unit C:
Instructional Assistants, Program Specialists
Unit D:
School Aides, Office Staff, Bookkeepers, Payroll, Accounting, and Computer Techs
Unit E:
Food Service Staff
